Coffee processing.
At our Nalukolongo facility, dried coffee from partner cooperatives is transformed into clean, export-ready green beans. Hulling removes the outer layers, cleaning removes foreign matter, and screen grading sorts every lot by size before hand inspection removes defective beans.

Export & logistics.
Exporting coffee is as much about paperwork as it is about beans. We coordinate the full export chain - customs clearance, certificates of origin, quality and phytosanitary certificates, UCDA export documentation, and logistics from Kampala to port. Every consignment ships with a complete, traceable paper trail.
